Northern Fleet
Monday April 21st
Rescue submarine AS-36 and its carrier vessel Mikhail Rudnitsky held training exercises at Kola Bay link.
Tuesday April 22nd
Admiral Gorshkov class frigates Admiral Gorshkov and Admiral Kasatonov departed their base for several days of naval warfare exercises at the Kola Bay. During the departure, both vessels were escorted by the minehunters Vladimir Gumanenko and Solovetsky Junga link.
Grisha class anti-submarine corvettes Brest, Yunga and Snezhnogorsk of the Kola Flotilla are holding anti-submarine exercises in the Barents Sea. An undisclosed submarine of the Northern Fleet will play the role of enemy submarine link.
Wednesday April 23rd
Grisha class anti-submarine corvettes Brest, Yunga and Snezhnogorsk of the Kola Flotilla held an anti-submarine exercise. All three vessels coordinated their actions to search for a hostile submarine, evade torpedo attacks and launch counterattacks. A practice torpedo without warhead was launched during this exercise link.
Saturday April 26th
Grisha class anti-submarine corvettes Yunga and Snezhnogorsk of the Kola Flotilla held an anti-submarine exercise in the Barents Sea. Both ships operate as a strike group hunting for a Northern Fleet submarine tasked with setting up a torpedo attack against both ships link.
Baltic Fleet
Tuesday April 22nd
Parachim class corvettes Aleksin and Kabardino-Balkaria conducted anti-submarine exercises including detecting, tracking and engaging a hostile submarine. The role of the hostile submarine was played by a Kilo class submarine link.
Wednesday April 23rd
The Baltic Fleet held a safety of navigation exercise focused on protecting civilian shipping from UAV, ASV and submarine attacks. The exercise involves 20 warships and support vessels link.
MCM vessel Pavel Khenov held an air defense exercise near Kronstadt with Su-27 fighters and Mi-24 helicopters simulating the air attacks link.
Steregushchy class corvette Boiky held an anti-submarine exercise at the Baltic Sea training ranges. The vessel cooperated with a Ka-27 helicopter to locate the simulated submarine and setup an attack with the Paket anti-torpedo system link.
Pacific Fleet
Tuesday April 22nd
Steregushchy class corvettes Rezkyi and Aldar Tsydenzhapov, together with the escorting fleet oiler Pechenga, departed the port of Chittagong, Bangladesh link.
