 Northern Fleet
Monday July 07
Il-38 maritime patrol aircraft flew anti-submarine training missions over the Barents Sea with an unidentified submarine playing the part of a simulated hostile submarine. The focus of the training flights was on searching for and detecting submarines using several various instruments and systems link.

Tuesday July 08
Slava class cruiser Marshal Ustinov deployed to the Barents Sea for basic training. The crew focused on daily tasks while at sea. Naval exercises involved a simulated missile strike against a simulated enemy task force and gunnery exercises against a simulated USV attack link.

Baltic Fleet
Monday July 07
Buyan-M class corvettes Naro-Fominsk, Zeleny Dol and Serpukhov simulated the launch of Kalibr-NK cruise missiles against naval and land targets. All three vessels also engaged in electronic warfare and passive jamming to defend against a simulated hostile missile strike link.

Northern Fleet Udaloy Class destroyer Vice-Admiral Kulakov and Steregushchy class corvette Stoiky held anti-submarine warfare drills in the Baltic Sea. The vessels practiced detecting a simulated enemy submarine and engage it with various anti-submarine weapon systems link.

Tuesday July 08
Helicopters of the Baltic Fleet naval aviation regiment held training flights with Ka-27PL helicopters searching for simulated enemy submarines, Mi-24 helicopters attacking surface targets, and Mi-8 helicopters engaged in flying at low tactical altitudes and performing search and rescue link.

Pacific Fleet
Monday July 07
Ropucha class landing vessel Oslyabya arrived at Kamchatka, completing the first leg of a navigational cruise with several naval cadets on board link.
