Northern Fleet
Tuesday July 01
A Tu-142 maritime patrol flight conducted an 11-hour long patrol over the Barents Sea link.

Wednesday July 02
Minesweeper Kotelnich is holding mine countermeasure exercises with the vessel searching for and destroying simulated minefields. The vessel will also hold damage control exercises link.

Baltic Fleet
Monday June 30
Steregushchy class corvette Boiky held electronic launches of its Uran anti-ship missiles against a group of simulated enemy warships. The exercise was followed up by air defense and electronic warfare exercises link.
The vessel was later observed departing the Baltic Sea while escorting the weapons runner Sparta and tanker General Skobelev link.

Anti-drone exercises took place at the naval bases of Baltiysk and Saint-Petersburg with Su-27 fighters simulating an UAV attack against the naval bases. Base units set up air defense and electronic warfare measures to repel the simulated airstrike link.

Vasily Bykov class patrol vessel Viktor Veliky and fleet oiler Yelnya were visually observed in port at Baltiysk link.

Tuesday July 01
Parachim anti-submarine corvettes Urengoy, Zelenodolsk and Kazanets held several exercises including the search and destruction of a simulated enemy submarine, air defense exercises with Su-30 aircraft dropping M-6 aerial targets, and the laying of a defensive minefield link.

Minesweeper Afanasy Ivannikov held gunnery exercises against simulated UAV and USVs, as well as practicing sweeping mines link.

Wednesday July 02
Submarine Kronstadt played the role of a submarine in distress with the rescue vessel AS-26 practicing rendering assistance. The Kronstadt reportedly lay at the bottom at a depth of 60 meters for this exercise. Corvette Stoiky also took part in this drill link.

Buyan-M class corvettes Naro-Fominsk, Zeleny Dol and Serpukhov simulated Kalibr-NK missile launches against a simulated enemy naval group after first having repelled an incoming missile strike with air defense and electronic warfare systems link.

Improved Kilo Class submarine Mozhaisk held deep-dives in the Baltic Sea with dives going as deep as 190 meters. Stereguschy class corvette Stoiky and rescue vessel SS-75 provided overwatch link.

Parachim anti-submarine corvettes Urengoy, and Kazanets held anti-submarine drills with the submarine Kronstadt playing the part of simulated enemy submarine. The vessels worked out a torpedo attack and fired training torpedoes link.

Pacific Fleet
Monday June 30
A large scale naval exercise in the Pacific Fleet came to a conclusion with a simulated naval battle in the Sea of Japan. The naval engagement saw Slava class cruiser Varyag launch a Vulcan anti-ship cruise missile against a simulated enemy task force. Missile boats followed up the strikes with the launch of four Moskit anti-ship missiles while Bastion coastal missile defense systems deployed at Primorsky Krai launched Onyx anti-ship missiles. All simulated targets were reportedly hit during the exercise link.


Wednesday July 02
Nuclear attack submarine Omsk returned from a patrol and arrived in the naval base at Kamchatka link.

Tuesday July 01
Submarine Novorossiysk and her escorting tug Yakov Grebelsky will reportedly pass the Strait of Gibraltar and enter the Mediterranean during the afternoon link.
